Erection Problem From Last 4-5 Months
I was all fine until I joined gym, during gym I used to do moderate  level workout and used to ignore masturbating for weeks but before gym I used to masturbate everyday. i have left the gym 4 months ago after spotting this problem but unfortunately the problem is still persisting. My sexual desires has been gone, I don't get on easily, if I get on, my boner is very soft and ejaculates too quickly. I need to keep stimulating my gear to keep it standing if I stop doing so it falls. I do not release precum semens anymore, the only thing gets released is thick orgasm. I am looking for real solutions, I do not want to take medicines because I am too young. I want to know what's causing this problem. Please help I am meeting my GF next month and this time we have planned to have sex, I do not want to disappoint her again. I am a virgin never had sex before. To Summarize: No libido, Soft boners not sufficient to have sex, premature ejaculation, no precum semens. Looking for help.

Semen production goes on in the testis for 24 hours and gets stored in seminal vesicles. Now imagine seminal vesicles as a water tank. 24 hours production at some time, will make tank full. Its storage capacity runs out. Now overflowing mechanisms take place like premature ejaculation, night falls and seminal discharge in urine. To avoid this u need to have sex or masturbate regularly.
Next Steps
I would like to suggest you a couple of exercises 1. While you are urinating, stop the urine mid steam for 2 seconds. This should be done by contracting the muscles and NOT BY USING HANDS. After 2 seconds, you should let the urine pass for next 5 seconds and again stop it midstream. This sounds simple but requires practice. This needs to be done each time you go for urination. Initially you may stop the urine only ones but gradually the frequency of stoppage can be increased. 2. While working or sitting at workplace or at home, contract (tighten) the pelvic muscles for 5 seconds and then release it for 5 seconds.  Now you would wonder where are these pelvic muscles are? If you are still confused about what are the pelvic muscles here is a clarification. Suppose you are standing in a queue outside a public toilet and you have go to pee in urgency and  You have to wait for 5 min for your turn. You would stop your urine in some way by making some muscles around your penis tight. These muscles are the pelvic muscles. Do such repetitions for 5 times continuously, and you can also repeat such sets 5 times  a day.
Health Tips
Masturbation is healthy process. Penis is made up of muscle tissue and masturbation is an exercise for penis to strengthen it.As you are doing exercise in gym to strengthen your body muscles... Whenever you are doing sex, semen discharge from penis occurs as if you do in masturbation. Difference : in masturbation, you are using hand and in sex it is done in vagina. Once in 2 3 days is normal, but more than once in a day is harmful.
