  4. Friction burn / sti. A right direction?

Hi , i did unprotected sex with a girl .. like 3 times. But i wore protection after a while in every round. Later my penis started to look puffy and swollen. I don't know if i got any std or it's just a friction burn. I'm unsure as to who to contact as it's a very private issue . can someone show me a right direction ?
