After every consumption of food I have an urge to go and poop. There are gases being formed. Also the colour of the poop is usually dark and semi solid in nature.

3.Cap Vizylac thrice daily after meals.
4.ORSL Thrice daily.
5.Tab Meftal Spas thrice daily after meals.
6.Follow for 5 days and follow up if still not cured .
7. Tab Bandy plus once only ( Chew 1 day only empty stomach)

Hi there I understand your concern...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises... You can take course of antibiotics containing Ofloxacin and Ornidazole twice daily for five days...Consult nearest gastroenterologist they will do the needful.
You have not mentioned, since when you are having this problem....
Likely you are suffering from intestinal infection..
Take t norflox tz. 500. Twice a day x 5 days.
T zentel 400mg.. Daily at night x 3
If problem persist than consult gastrologist..
