Your symptoms are suggestive of amoebic dysentry/amoebiasis, you will require a stool examination to confirm the diagnosis. Amoebae are parasites that are found in contaminated food or drink. They enter the body through the mouth when the contaminated food or drink is swallowed. The amoebae are then able to move through the digestive system and take up residence in the intestine and cause an infection. You need to stay hydrated and you will require antiparastic medications, antacids and ORS. I would advise you to meet a gastroenterologist so that the diagnosis can be confirmed and treated effectively.
