Frequent Urine issue!

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Dear Doctor, Greetings of the day! From last few months I use to have urine more then average . Now Last two days I am experiencing frequent urine day & night.(15 times a day) The problem has affected my quality of Life & sleep . Attached are the tested reports for your reference. Please suggest if its Urine Infection like UTI /Bladder or sugar. Awaiting your positive reply on above query. Regards, Pankaj Motwani
