It may be a due to urinary infection or bladder over activitiy
You need to do urine routine urine culture and sensitivity and a ultrasound kub with post void residual volume
You can yourself make a bladder diary like how many times you void daily volume of each void and how much water you drink each time
And consult a urologist near by with reports
