Asked for Male, 24 Years

Sir actually m having frequent urination problem from last few days, every time it feels like i need to urinate. There's nothing more in addition but sometimes it causes irritation too. I am only 24 and really concerned as it never happened before. Please suggest me some remedies

Check a urine test for complete examination and culture and sensitivity test. Do a Ultrasound examination of the Abdomen and pelvis. It could be due to stone and obstruction
