Frequent urination,poor flow,less volume

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I regularly masturbate 10 times a week. For last 6 months, I am having the urge and of frequent urination, flow is very poor, can't urinate while standing, have to sit to urinate and the very little volumes come out. Please help
