My son is 7 years old. For some weeks he is having frequent urination and is complaining about pain in testicles and in the track of urine.

Get a urine routine test done. Visit a Paediatrician with the child and report. Give plenty of oral fluids

Probably UTI and/or epidydemitis. Get a urine routine test done,and a culture of pus cells are more than 5/hpf. Till then,give extra fluids and paracetamol for pain.
