Frequent urination in every half an hour

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I feel frequent urge to pee...sometimes I try to control but that leads to stress and I'm unable to control.. It's been 3 weeks now, I'm worried about my condition. I travel daily from office to home and home to office it is very embarrassing as I'm not able to control. Is it very severe condition??? Please help me out..🙏
