Frequent Urination

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I used to masturbate every 4-5 days earlier but I have shifted to every 10-12 days now. Whenever I masturbate, I suffer very frequent urination for 2-3 days then it is normal. I can also find jelly like lumps in my semen which I think is due to protein and starch coagulation. Sometimes, I have lower back pain and very slight pain in testicles This problem is persisting since an year. I am overweight too. I also want to leave masturbation instantly. Please help
