Frequent urination

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I'm 29 years old male person. For last two days I've suffered from frequent urination (usually hourly) in day and night before sleep. I am unable to completely flush out urine from bladder. Sometimes I feel slightly pain for short time in groin and between anus and scrotum area. I usually masturbate on every alternate day for last 10-12 years. In 2019 my kidney function test is normal and prostate specific antigen is 0.62 . Kindly help me???
