Frequent urination
I having diabetes and frequency of my urination is much more than a normal mostly at night I urinate a more . Do it leads to kidney damage? ? If yes then how to deal with it ??

Frequency will not damage kidney.but diabetes can...so better make sure that ur diabetes is strictly under control...
