Voiding diary for 3 days measuring input of liquid volume along with time noted and measurement of all urine output volume with time .this helps a lot to make the diagnosis of freuency. USG KUB &post void urine along with urine examination is required. Consult a urologist with these investigations. Sympotamatic drug flavoxate 200 mg thickening daily can be taken meanwhile
