Frequent urination
I have been facing the issue ( frequent urination )since 2000 and has increased the frequency recentl( frequency has increased to 40 to 50 a day ).I have taken full body free st last month (full body checkup )and no sensere issues has been reported .I have been advised earlier ( 2016)/by a foreign doctor that my urinary glad is small and asked to take medication to expand the same however I didn't take that medicine yet .I have difficulty in urinating ( some time but no pain ).Kindly advise

Hello. As I understand correctly you are having frequency since you were 11 yrs old?
Can you describe in details your problem more?
How is your flow of urine?any burning sensation? Any leakage?
As of now there are no medications to increase capacity of urinary bladder (urinary gland which you mentioned) , so I advise you to not take those medications
Get the following test done and review

Usg kub with pvr
Uroflowmetry
Bladder diary ( record the time and amount of liquids you drink and urine you pass
