Frequent urination and testicular pain

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I'm a 29 year old male. About a month ago, started with some very frequent urination. Sometimes immediately after urination, and sometimes 5-10 minutes after, i would get a dull sense of urgency to urinate. I would try to go, but it would be a very weak stream, and i didn't REALLY have to go, but felt like i did. minor testicular pain as well.

It could be due to reasons like urinary tract infection, small stone in the ureter close to bladder and urinary tract obstruction. Get a urine culture and sensitivity test, uroflowmetry, urine complete analysis and ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis with post void residual urine assessment. If the investigations are negative, you would have overactive bladder. Take Tab. Mirago 50mg once a day for 5 days, see the response.
