Frequent urination and excessive Thirst
I am thirst most of the times and peeing every hour. I would like to know if UTI can be diagnosed just on the basis of Urine Routine test or urine culture is also required to be done?
Other details: I am a 36 yr old woman ,also there is no burning sensation while peeing.
