I am 29 and recently started gymming. Have increased my diet and added more protein. Probably due to which I am passing the stool more frequently.
The frequency has increased from 1 to 2 times a day.
I am not sure if this is normal? Stool is mostly solid and yellow in color.
My friends suggested it maybe because the
liver is not used to digesting proteins and hence is adjusting. Some also suggested LIV 52. Should I take it? Please help.
