Frequent sneezing,allergy
She is getting frequently sneezing, if the sudden env change, cold, dust etc. One Dr suggested to take "Montac LC" for Anti allergy, if she takes in night before sleeping, everything would be fine at morning. But she doesn't want to get addicted to this. Is there any natural way of treatment? Is there any ayurvedic treatment?

Allergies,smoke, mold, dust, wood dust, pollen and other such irritants are the most common causes of sneezing.Cold weather, changes in humidity and temperature, rain water, strong smells, food allergies, certain drugs and other such factors also can cause sneezing.
Next Steps
Mix two table spoons of fenugreek seeds with water and boil. Boil up to the water comes to half. Drain the water content and drink it up. Drink it for two to three times in a day.

clean the mattress, especially pillows, generally mites are hidden here, we cant see with our eyes, if you do allergy testing for house dust mites, it may solve your problem. What is the age and any other complaints ?
