This indeed looks like allergy. Allergy is body'd tendency to over react to certain substances whenever you come in contact with them. As long as the contact is there reaction will continue. The medicines you use do not affect the tendency but prevent release of chemical mediators of reaction that produce redness, itching, burning sensation etc. The treatment has to continue long enough till the allergen contact is there and whenever there is an exacerbation. you may refer to some of the text in Health feeds for understanding. We will be happy to help you further with a consultation.
