Frequent rashes on neck

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have been getting rashes on my neck quite frequently these day. Its very itchy. Earlier I thought it could be due to summers but that does not seem to be a case. Also, I wear helmet everyday whose strap comes near that place. Could that be one of the reasons? Should I consult a dermatologist? Please help

A very common cause of rashes on neck is polymorphic light eruption. It is a kind of Eczema caused by sunlight. Please send photos in private chat for accurate diagnosis and prescription. Use a sunscreen till then. Don't use soap or perfumes over that area.
