Care AI Shimmer
Migraine is a treatable condition. But first long standing headache has to be investigated to rule out other causes before calling it migraine. Worsening of headache and weakness on one side of body are worrying symptoms and need a detailed physical examination and MRI if indicated. Shivering (tremors as I understand) if present in childhood or developing in teens again need examination and investigation.
Next Steps
Consult a Neurophysician or a Neurosurgeon. If you are unable to visit in person due to lockdown, take online consultation. Practo allows audio and video call also. Be sure to collect all your medical documents and keep with you. Rehearse what you are going to tell the specialist.
Health Tips
Please do not delay consulting a doctor. In case of recurrent vomiting, visual disturbance, seizures or loss of consciousness it is imperative that you reach nearest hospital, preferably with a Neuro Dept without fail. Please share your condition with parents, relatives or friends living with you or in close vicinity so that they can respond quickly in case of worsening or any unfortunate emergency.
