Consult with a doctor

To start with antibiotics right away is imprudent esp when done without physician consultation. Most of the diarrheas are self limitting. But any diarrhea associated with prexisting disease or causing symptoms of dehydration or is associated with bleeding should be consulted.
Next Steps
ORS is the first choice. Antidiarrheals are second. Often pre and probiotics are sufficient in management. Specific features of bacterial infection should be treated with antibacterials.
