My baby is 1 month 28 days old and weight is 4.5kg.she is passing motion more .can't express in number,as she is passing very very small quantity for every cough and sneeze also.Dark yellow watery like motion every time.what to do? It is very inconvenience to handle her with with diaper and with out diaper too. She is exclusively on breast feed only.

Regards! There is an entity name gastrocolic reflex in babies, this states that whenever the stomach is stimulated with feeds, baby will pass small amounts of stools may be as little as one spoon. Until the baby is healthy, active, playful, passing adequate urine (6-8 times/ day), please sit back and relax

This is normal. Child may pass motion 10-12 times a day. Once in 7 days also. It may be yellow, green, brown. Until it is water or blood only till then it is normal. Use cotton nappies and clean it with soft cotton cloth. Avoid diapers and wipes as much as possible.
