Frequent loss voice
I usually have dry mouth and also feel as lyarngitis is swollen. Every morning i don't have voice. During day time if i spoke for more hours its sure i am gonna loose my voice. I have to drink plenty of water. Please advice. My doctor has gave me MTNL Tablets but its not getting relieved.

Please get a ent consult and a laryngoscopy done .
