Dry mouth and swollen lymph node?
Recently i have been facing pigmentation after covaxin in my oral mucosa, now since 2 weeks I observed I developed dryness in my mouth, sometimes its extreme and most of the times its manageable. Yesterday I observed that i was having tenderness near my tmj/neck below ear. When i touched there it felt like there's a swollen and painful lymph node. Recently i did a cbc which showed lymphocytes 52% and pcv had fallen by 6%, m i having any infection? 3-4 weeks back i had a wisdom tooth extraction but i did take antibiotics for 1 week. Please help me m kinda worried. Attached the location when i can feel the swollen and painful lymph node and the condition of my buccal mucosa right side(similar pigmentation is present in left side but swollen lymph node is only in right side).
