Frequent loose motions with stomach ache
I had frequent loose motions since last 3 to 4 days and having mild stomach ache as well, immunity is also being going down due to this, kindly suggest some remedies or any medicine for instant relief, coz i am a pvt sctr bank employee unable to control in working environment.
