Frequent loose motions
I joined a gym around 3 months ago, and have been regular since. I have been changing my diet over time since I joined because I need increase my protein intake. My diet consists of 6 egg whites, 2 banana shakes, cornflakes besides breakfast, lunch and dinner. When I eat junk food from outside, I get loose motions.

hiii.. frequent motions on eating outside food may be due to unhygienic food..or its jus dat ur not accustomed to such food.....so tryin hving in a better place and limited qt...tk lots of water...i think dis shud help

Hi, if you are getting loose motions when u eat out that may be because of non hygienic food so u should avoid and specially junk food. Continue your regular diet plan. Medication required.
