For weakness u should do work out atleast 45 mint. Start strengthening exercises, stretching, towel exercicese for thigh, knee and calf. Cycling. Also change ur posture style. If is it possible then u should do swimming atleast 30 mint daily. Consult with nearest physio clinic for pain management treatments. Take IFT and SWD. U should start exercises after controlled the pain..
