I am having sinus issues and headache very often. Almost everyday. Started taking antihistamines everyday and was able to manage the issue and no headache. If I stop antihistamin even for one day I fall sick with heavy head and headache.can't identify the reason for this. Is this any type of allergy. How can I manage without antihistamine

You will have to get a nasal endoscopic examination and ct scan of paranasal sinuses to rule out any sinusitis . If there is sinus blockage , antihistaminics wont help you for a permanent cure
