Usually our body is affected by our lifestyle. At a very young age you have obesity and gout. Both are conditions which suggest your body's disturbed metabolism. Lack of proper sleep is going to add to this disturbed metabolism . What you need is Purnopchar . A complete therapy , a holistic approach . A proper evaluation and investigation , then correction of this metabolic disturbance . And of course proper diet , exercise and lifestyle change. Don't worry , age is on your side and with this approach you will be back to normal in a short time. Best of luck for speedy recovery.
