Frequent Headache
I've been having frequent Headaches on the right side till the neck. It occurs frequently and lasts for 2-3 mins and stops. Again occurs for 2-3 min and so on. Whenever it occurs it is a severe one. Some time I also feel Giddiness with the headache.

This seems like initial stage of migrain. Take tab Nimulid MD 1 tab whenever it pains. Other than that of you wear glasses get your power check and your blood pressure cgecked. If this doesn't help you will have to get a MRI brain done and consult a neurologist.
