Frequent going to toilet
Whenever I wakeup in morning I have to go tiolet for motion atleast 5-6 times in morning, although stool formation is fine, it does not empty in one go.

Bowel habits have a very varied ways in different individuals. many factored affect it like diet, sleep, psychological factors, changes in biological cycle. you should : fix your sleeping time. eat more fritz in breakfast, more green vegetables, sprouts, pulses, salads in lunch and dinner. decrease or stop having milk and milk products/ refined/ packaged foods. you will see the change.
