Frequent fluctuations in blood sugar lvl
My father is having some health issue as he had gone through heart stunting surgery 6 months back and he is also a diabetic patient now from last few weeks his blood sugar level is fluctuating he is taking insulin also but when he take insulin his sugar level drops down to 70-80 (random)and when he miss insulin and only take medicine then his sugar level gets high to 230-270(2 hrs after eating).what should he do now?

Dear Ma’am It is difficult to comment here with limited information. There are many reasons for fluctuations in blood sugar. Also he is on insulin and has other co-morbidities. Most important in the short term is to prevent any hypos ie blood sugar less than 60. Anything less than 72 should be corrected with 100mL of juice. Will need to know all medications and recent blood results. Please record all blood glucose values taken.
