Frequent Dizzyness to heart patient
10 yr ago had mild heart attack, undergone angioplasty (1 staint). Continuing daily medication since then (Clopitab A75, Pinom 20, Arvast 30 ). Recent angiography (1 month ago) shows no new blockage, clear staint-no deposition. LDL 123, HDL 50, LVEF 40%. Since past 4 month feeling dizzy and fainting atleast 3 days in a week. BP found 140/90 Heart rate 65. No answer from cardiac specialist on root cause of symptoms. Kindly help.

Sometime there may be arrythmia which can cause dizziness and syncope . It’s may be better to get a holter monitoring to rule out arrythmia . Otherwise it may be a neurocardiogenic syncope
