Frequent diarrhea
I have diarrhea and abdominal cramps for 3 days! I took some antidiarrheal medicines! Diarrhea is controlled but abdominal cramps, nausea is still there whenever I eat something or even drink water!!
I have been having diarrhea every month from the start of this year!

U should get investigation for typhoid.
U should take combination of prebiotic and probiotics.
