Frequent dehydration
Hi.. I always feel like very thirsty and if i don't get water within 5 minutes.. I faint immediately.. Whole body shivers and feels like suffocating..carrying water bottle has become very necessary for me as i feel tired very soon.. Medical history : Met with accident in 2016, suffered from pelvic fracture (but now able to do all my work by my own), had 5 surgeries on total right thigh, skin grafting on whole left leg.. Was bedridden for 4 mnths.. Present condition : Low stamina Cant sit on the floor for more than 15 min. Always feel like tired and thirsty. Urine normal in colour. HB is 14 My question is.. Is it normal the way m suffering from frequent thirst nd tiredness? What could be done for getting rid of this.. Any comments on medical history?

You have not mentioned about your blood sugar levels. There may be Diabetis. Get tested for the same alongwith thyroid problem. After pelvic fracture sitting on floor will be a problem, which could be overcome over a period of months or years. Regarding your stamina , is your weight normal for your hight. Take plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits on regular basis in your daily food. Do some light exercises like walking for atleast 30 minutes daily. Take capsule Dexorange once daily. Review after 3 months.
