Iam getting cold often. My friends would that I breathe more . I mean I inhale and exhale more. My nose is many times blocked due to cold. If I bath and put water on my head.. then cold follows . I don't know how to solve and what kind of disease is this ?

Hello! According to the history described by you, it looks like you have allergic rhinitis with sinusitis probably. You may start using antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray...and if not relieved yiu might need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further.
