  4. Frequent cold. Get rod of this problem?

Frequent cold
I get frequent cold and they last for atleast 7 days. This increases during winters. I am constantly scared of having cold stuff like ice cream, cold water, etc because it causes cold to me. Can you please help me out to get rod of this problem?

You might be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays
