Frequent Cold amd Running Nose
Hi, AC doesn't suit me. But at home Family Members need AC. As a result of which I get running nose next day. Any normal medicine that I can take that is not an antibiotic ? Previously tool Roxid 150 and Montair-LC on Doctors consultation.

Frequent allergic rhinitis cane be due to reduced immunity. It can also be due to vitamin Deficiency like vitamin b12 or d3. Do you have any weakness ? Do you have fever ? Frequent allergy can also be due to lack of protein in body
