Frequent chest pains last for few secs.

Hello doctors,I have never smoked,i am not any meds now None of my family members have had any heart problems I have had chest pains and symptoms of angina since jan 2021 which led me to a cardiologist. He checked everything is when he realised i have horrible anxiety and that i have anxiety disorder. He wasn't wrong i do have horrible anxiety. Now i had a all cardiac tests except angiogram. I have been having odd sensations in my chest they feel like spasms, pvcs are worse then before,my heart beats really hard to the point i could feel them in my neck while masturbation Chest pains come in two types for me one is sharp/dull happens quickly and goes away and two lasts long but isn't bad its mild and might be anxiety Chest pains and pvcs terrify me.I don't even get a pause after pvc anymore it just thuds and continues sometimes my heart beats really slow and then a thud leads to faster heart rate my heart feels weak now Help me docs i am suffering for months from this had normal tests
