Affected by second hand smoke
Hello.... i have a serious problem hope you can help me out. The problem is that i have some problem with the smoke of weed i dont smoke it but if i passed nearby any person who is smoking it the second hand smoke affects me very badly my heart rate goes up and my eyes also effected like i smoked it. Sometimes i feel that i am stoned. Is there any solution for it or any type of mask which can protect me from that...

Avoid smoke & smokers at all costs
Wear a mask of adequate quality like a 3M mask of N92 or N 95 variety , change it every 3-4 days
