Frenulum tear
Very small frenulum tear ...having sharp pain while pulling up the foreskin of penis...not able to intercourse properly ...o hv attached the pic for reference...pls suggest something

Avoid intercourse or retraction the foreskin for a couple of weeks. Apply a antibiotic cream twice daily for atleast 10 days. If there is no improvement then consult a Dermatologist for a proper Examination.
