Frenulum skin issue which restrict full
Hi..
I'm Sagar age 28yrs male, I just wanna get an advice from your end that I have an issue with my male genital organ. When there is an erection the foreskin over the shaft does not comes back completely, I could see a skin layer attached at the bottom side which stops full erection and also a minute pain if pulls back with some force. What step you can advice me on this.
