I am suffering from Premature Ejaculation. I hardly last in bed for 1 to 2 mins. Initially i thought it is due to Performance Anxiety. Tried controlling that but to no avail. I am uncircumcised. Since last few weeks am trying to pull my foreskin back. While doing so i found that a part of foreskin is attached to Penis glans. I feel the urge to masturbate just by pulling the foreskin. Upon searching Internet i came to know that is it Frenulum Breve. Is this the cause of Premature Ejaculation? If yes then what to do now? Will this lead to pain of i have sex without condom?
