Free fluid in pelvis.. Urgent help
Hello respected Doctors, Greetings and thank you all for your services. I am suffering from lower abdomen right side pain and also back exactly the lower back where the right side pain is located. Hope I am making sense. I did my scan it says free fluid in pelvis. I am 38 yrs old unmarried woman with no history of diabetes or thyroid. My periods are normal every month. My bladder also hurts. But only the right side. So the scan detected free fluid in pelvis. I am worried as what it is? I am planning to get married next year. I am also under lot of stress cuz of my marriage visa for The United States. Any opinion is appreciated. Thnx and regards

When was your last period? The free fluid can be due to ovulation which also causes pain It can also be due to urine infection if there is any increased frequency of urination or burning
