Free fluid in interbowel loops in RIF
Hi, Since past 4-5 days, I started experiencing dull and low paining lower right region of my abdomen. In ultrasound it's showing 'No obvious target lesion seen in RIF' along with following issues: Free fluid in interbowel loops in RIF approx 10-20cc Large bowels appear slightly edematous (wall thickness 1.7mm) I'm very concerned. I didn't experience any diarrhea or vomiting. 4 days back my stomach was a little upset. Please advice
