I had fracture in jan on my foot related to last toe bone.but i had pop cast for one month n puttur bandage for one month...i didnt do any exercises since my doctor didnt tell anything....in june i want to physio for 12 days n iam dng self excersises now...my leg is stiff n sumtyms muscular pains..sumtyms i cant walk properly..wen it cure now..
