From last 1 week my mom has a low back pain we took X-ray can u please tell me is it fracture or any other problems I had attached the X-ray our doctor had given antibiotic is it enough or we have to go for a higher level treatment

Yes. Besides fracture , there are degenerative changes & may be Spondylolisthesis which has not been commented. Please consult an Orthopaedician who will examine her & provide treatment. Antibiotic is not relevant here with the info you have supplied.
