Foul smell in blood- like dead animal
My brother had accident today on hand where it git cut with glass and some blood fell off on the floor. His blood was very dark in color, and thick. The smell in blood was that of a dead animal. People vomited around him and couldn't bear the smell. I am unsure what is the cause of this.
Is there an underlying disease?
What tests we should conduct?
He is suffering from high bp and has some fungal/ bacterial infection in legs also and he is getting tested for that.
He is 5ft 10 inch and overweight almost 150kgs +
